In order to ensure the shed is on a stable footing it should not be placed directly on uneven surfaces (this includes grass, dirt or uneven asphalt)
Some sites are limited in the options because of what must be done to prepare the site for the shed.

Wooden sheds will need to be painted in approximately 8 years. You can order the original factory colors from us or can choose to change the color. Vinyl sided sheds will need to be washed depending on exposure to the sun.
